Personal data protection (GDPR) and consent to the processing of personal data

2. What personal data do we process? For the purposes of registration for courses, clubs and camps, we process the following personal data:
Participant's name and surname
Date of birth
Contact details (phone, email)
Residential address
Health restrictions (only if necessary for the success of the course/group)
Payment information
3. Purpose of processing personal data We process personal data for the following purposes:
Registration and organization of courses, clubs and camps
Communication with participants and their legal representatives
Invoicing and payment processing
Ensuring the safety of participants
Fulfillment of legal obligations
4. How long do we keep personal data? We keep personal data for the period necessary for the organization and administration of courses and clubs, but no longer than 5 years from the end of the last course/club. After this period, the data will be securely destroyed.

7. Consent to the processing of personal data/ By registering for a course/group, you consent to the processing of personal data in the manner specified above. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to gdpr@zsbaltimore.cz.
